Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.022995/Ji1/2017 dated 28.05.2018 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner as duty period from 01.02.1995 to 31.08.2006 as Higher Grade Craft Instructor (Weaving) and pay full salary, which is applicable to that post and so as enable the petitioner to count the earlier service along with regular for pension and other purpose and give all consequential benefits.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent dated 28.05.2018 and to direct the first respondent to regularize her service as duty period from 01.02.1995 to 31.08.2006 as Higher Grade Craft Instructor (Weaving) and for consequential benefits. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner though https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

argued at length, now confines the prayer to that of liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation citing orders of this Court dated 27.07.2001 passed in W.P.No.12066 of 1999, dated 28.04.2008 passed in W.P.Nos.16202 of 2006 and 7649 of 2007 and the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in (2004) 11 SCC 550 (Electronics Corporation of India Limited and others Vs. Sateesh S.Rao Sonawalkar) for consideration, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 raised no serious objection.

3.In view of the above, granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. Fresh representation be made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. No costs.
