Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to G.O.(2D) No.18, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare(MWRU) Department, dated 11.03.2015 issued by the respondent, quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.13816 of 2017 dated 11.07.2017 and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
