By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his joint representation dated 05.08.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a joint representation dated 05.08.2018 along with his brother to the 2nd respondent to include their names viz. Mrs.Rupavathy, J.Karuppiah and J.Iyanar in the patta No.1875 with respect to Survey No.19/1B1A1 of Elakurichi Village as joint pattadarars, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the joint representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
