ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking the indulgence of this court to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents, for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.3869 of 2005, dated 20.04.2017.

2. Against the order made in W.P.No.3869 of 2005, the respondents in this Contempt Petition has filed intra court appeal in W.A.No.2590 of 2018 and in that Writ Appeal, a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 30.11.2018 has granted interim order of stay of the judgement referred to above.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 20.04.2017 in W.P.No.3869 of 2005 has been stayed by a Division Bench of this Court, the contempt petition arising out of the said order cannot be entertained at this stage. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed for the time being with

the liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue in the manner known to law after the out come of the decision in the Writ Appeal, if the need arises.
