2. After negotiations, the contesting parties have entered into an agreement, which is reduced in writing, by a Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2018, duly signed by both the parties and attested by their respective counsels. The said Joint Compromise Memo is taken on file.

3. Both the applications are disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.11.2018 and the same shall form part of the order.
