Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.1164/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by order dated 18.09.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1/2018 by the First Respondent herein and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of CRL RC.1164/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.13562 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.1164/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. G.HARI HARA ARUN SOMASANKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Executive Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner of Police, T.Nagar, Chennai-17, dated 18.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of in Na.Ka.No.134/Nir/Se/Nadu/Ka.Thu.Aa.Thi.Maa/2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of criminal Revision, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the sentence passed by the learned Executive Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner of Police, T.Nagar, Chennai-17, dated 18.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2018 in Na.Ka.No.134/Nir/Se/Nadu/Ka.Thu.Aa.Thi.Maa/2018, is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
