Mr.Ialaya Rajkumar for M/s.Ramalingam Associates in both Cont. Petitions COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in W.P.Nos.22230 of 2016 and 5127 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petitions have been filed.

2.It is not in dispute that the order passed has been complied with, with respect to recognition of the course. However, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be with respect to the provisional certificates and statement of marks.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the letter dated 19.03.2019 sent by the Controller of Examinations to the Dean, Thanjavur Medical College, Thanjavur, which is extracted hereunder: "As per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, I am sending herewith the Provisional Certificate and Statement of Marks of the candidate Dr.M.D.Rekha (Reg.No.221311214), M.S.

(General Surgery) of your Institution who had appeared for PG Degree Examination in April 2016. I request that the same may be handover to the candidate concerned with acknowledgement."

4.In view of the above, it is for the petitioner to approach the Dean, Thanjavur Medical College, Thanjavur and take her certificates. Accordingly, these contempt petitions stand closed.
