This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to forthwith take appropriate action against the Karuvalur Panchayat for having illegally

allowed the third parties to do the business of running Mutton Stalls, Chicken Stalls and Fish stalls at Karuvalur Panchayat, Tiruppur District, against the interest of the petitioners and against the interest of the Panchayat by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 28.09.2018. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous since the fifth respondent Panchayat has called for tender for granting license to run Mutton Stalls, Chicken Stalls and Fish Stalls in the Panchayat.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
