Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned Tender No.IRCTC/SZ/TSV/Genl/18-19/01 dated 24.09.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent, quash the same, except in so far as it pertains to SR/Section-II (KPD-SA-TVC) section, and consequently direct the respondents to allot the temporary licence to the

petitioner for operation of Train Side Vending Services (TSV) as per the scope of business mentioned in the Tender conditions of the "Operation and management of Cell Kitchen" allotted to the petitioner.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned Tender No.IRCTC/SZ/TSV/Genl/18-19/01 dated 24.09.2018 issued by the third respondent, quash the same, except in so far as it pertains to SR/Section-II (KPD-SA-TVC) section, and consequently to direct the respondents to allot the temporary licence to the petitioner for operation of Train Side Vending Services (TSV) as per the scope of business mentioned in the Tender conditions of the "Operation and management of Cell Kitchen" allotted to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequently, the tender was opened and Letter of Award was issued on 09.10.2018. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
