Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.08.2018 for computation of pension for 27 years of service under the third respondent and to pay the difference in payment of pension.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner was redressed during the pendency of the present writ petition.
2. In this regard, the Competent Authorities of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation passed an order correcting the service particulars of the writ petitioner and accordingly revised pension has been sanctioned and settled in favour of the writ petitioner and the arrears of monetary benefits were also settled in favour of the writ petitioner. Thus no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present 2/4
writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
