O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner and his two sisters have been allotted 1.10 acres of land in survey No.676/1, Saragappalli Village, Krishnagiri District and that, the 3rd respondent is preventing the Revenue authorities from conducting survey and measurement of the land. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.In the opinion of this Court, no findings can be given with regard to the title, ownership and possession of the land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in question. However, as and when there is a request by the Revenue authorities to the Police seeking Police protection for conducting survey and measurement of land, the Police shall afford the necessary protection to the Revenue authorities. With the above direction, this petition is ordered accordingly.
