O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed directing the third respondent Cooperative Society to construct the Society office building at Vilangampadi Village.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent Cooperative Society was originally functioned at Vilangampadi village. Subsequently, since the building was in a dilapidated condition, it was shifted to Mozhiyanur village and it is functioning there temporarily. Now, the respondents are taking steps to construct a new building at Mozhiyanur village. The construction of the Society building at Mozhiyanu village will cause lot of inconvenience to the people in Vilangampadi village. Already they made representation to the Joint Registrar, second respondent. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence the present writ petition has been filed.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the writ petition, without going into merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
