Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue petitioner's daughter S.Sumithra's birth certificate in English containing her name by taking note of her Aadhar Card and birth certificate already issued by the respondents 1 and 3.

ORDER
By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue birth certificate of petitioner's daughter by including her name as S.Sumithra in English by taking note of her Aadhar Card, educational certificates and birth certificate already issued by the respondents 1 and 3.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.10.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court passes the following order: The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2018 on the basis of the educational certificates of the petitioner's daughter, a declaration filed by her parents as well as the Aadhar card and other relevant particulars and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
