This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2018.

3.In view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District and another in [Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc., batch], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner set out in G.Prabakaran (supra).
