Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry on the illegalities committed by the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 30.07.2018 and pass orders on merits within a time frame fixed by this case.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.Duraiswamy,J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the illegalities committed by the second respondent by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 30.7.2018 within a time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the first respondent had already initiated action against the second respondent and the enquiry is in progress.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted that the first respondent had initiated action and enquiry proceedings are in progress.
