Mr.A.Antony Arockiaraj Standing Counsel Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the monetary arrears of 29 years service review effected to him on 01.11.2009 followed by the fixation of benefits in terms of 12(3) settlement on 09/2010 and the increases accrued in fixing the pay on his promotion along with subsequent annual increment benefits together with 32 years service review monetary value added with the annual increments to the petitioner with an interest of not less than 12% per annum within the time that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court by considering and passing orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.08.2018.

This is a writ of mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to pay the monetary arrears of 29 years service review, effected to the petitioner on 01.11.2009 followed by fixation of monetary benefits in terms of the 12(3) settlement in September 2010 and the increase in pay, accrued in fixing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pay on his promotion along with subsequent annual increment benefits.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the details of the pay revisions and refixation have all been recorded in his service register, the same have not been paid to him even after his retirement on 28.02.2014. In this regard, the petitioner has sent another representation on 07.08.2018, which has not been considered till date and that has made the petitioner to file the present writ petition.
3. Mr.Antony Arockiaraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation would be considered subject to the eligibility of the petitioner.
4. Hence, in view of the limited prayer and considering the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2018, subject to the petitioner's eligibility as per the rules and regulations, and pass orders thereon, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
