ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation pending on the file of the first respondent in Crime No.563 of 2017.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent Police had registered an F.I.R. in Crime No.563 of 2017 for the alleged offence under Sections 147,148,341,294(B), 307 & 506(2) of IPC. The F.I.R has been registered as against five accused persons.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that A1 surrendered before the concerned court and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
obtained bail. A2 to A5 were arrested by the respondent police and thereafter released on bail. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the investigation would be completed within a period of two months and final report will be filed before the concerned court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation at this stage. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
