(The case has been heard through video conference) Challenging the impugned order dated 25.07.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent civil court seeking for suitable relief.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent forum as per law.
