Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.89, Environment and Forest (FR-2) Department dated 18.07.2017 so as to enable the petitioners to get the benefit of retrospective regularisation of their service in the cadre of Forest Watcher Grade-II on completion of 10 years of service on daily wage basis by considering their representations dated 18.02.2018, 02.03.2018 and 14.02.2018 respectively and in the light of the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in W.P.No.17568 of 2010, within a period to be specified by this Court.

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the benefits accorded in G.O.Ms.No.89, Environment and Forest (FR-2) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Department dated 18.07.2017 was not extended to him.

2. The representation submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard to the first respondent on 02.03.2018 is yet to be considered. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 18.02.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with orders passed in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
