ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 01.10.2018 and grant permission to conduct the Street

Campaign proposed to be organized by him on 13.10.2018 from 10.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.10.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances. 4.Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner, provided the petitioner suggests any one of the approved places mentioning the date and time.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation suggesting the approved places mentioning the date and time, along with a copy of this order to the respondents. On such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties forthwith.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
