O R D E R

The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.1104 of 2014 which is now pending on the file of the Fast Track Court - I, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore. While so, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

2.On a perusal of the adjudication, it is seen that the matter was referred to the Mediation and the mediation report is awaited. Therefore, this Court directs the Fast Track Court - I, Metropolitan Magistrate to call for the mediation report.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the mediation has failed.

4.Thus, when mediation had failed, there is no necessity for the Court to await for the failure report. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.1104 of 2014 and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no any legal impediment.
