The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to exercise and discharge their powers and duties vested with them under TNHR&CE Act, 1959 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2018 and for consequential relief.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the respondents have decided to celebrate the Vijaya Dhasami Ambuservai Festival to be held on 19th and 20th October 2018 in Arulmighu Karivaratharaja Perumal Temple situated at Punjaipulianpatti, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, as prayed in this writ petition. A copy of the invitation is also produced before this Court and also served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed to join with the respondents so as to celebrate the festival.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
