This Application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking for the following prayers:

a) to take this report on record;

b) to take cognizance of the offence committed by the accused herein under Section 454(5A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for non-filing of the Statement of Affairs with the Official Liquidator and punish them in accordance with law;

c) to direct the accused herein to file Statement of Affairs of the company in provisional liquidation with the Official Liquidator; d) to pass an order to punishing the accused herein for the said offence as per law;

e) to permit the cost of this complaint come out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation 2.Learned Official Liquidator would submit that the Ex-Directors of the Company in Liquidation filed statement of affairs in appropriate form. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
