By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the order of the first respondent in c/bgh/, & g/g[Hy; /;nfh/kpE/m/vz;/ 114/18 dated 25.09.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the first respondent to provide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Electricity connection to the petitioner's residential house property in Door No.16/3, Aandal Koil Street, Madanagkuppam, Chennai 600 099.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, fairly submitted that the petitioner's claim would be considered by the respondents and he has no serious objection to set aside the impugned order dated 25.09.2018.

4. Under such circumstances, by setting aside the impugned order dated 25.09.2018, this Court directs the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner afresh on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
