This application has been filed to implead the Official Liquidator as a third defendant in the suit.

The learned counsel for the proposed third defendant (Official Liquidator) has appeared through Video Conferencing and on instructions, he would submit that he has no objection for allowing this application.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown for impleading the Official Liquidator as a party defendant in the suit. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly and serve a copy of the amended plaint to all the counsels.

All the counsels are directed to file a draft revised Case Management Schedule on the next hearing date. Post the matter on 22.11.2023.
