[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's wife and daughter namely, Gowthami, aged 31 years, and Baby Hasini aged 2 years, before this Court and to set them at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenues have been secured and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Kancheepuram on 15.10.2018 and the petitioner has also withdrawn the complaint.
