Today, Mr.B.Selvamurugesan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police attached to S-13, Chrompet, Traffic and Investigation Wing is present before this Court.

2.The petitioner is facing prosecution in C.C.No.1146 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram for the offence under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that from 2013 to 2018, no progress has been made in the trial. On a reading of the adjudication, it is seen that from 2015 to 2018, the case is being adjourned on the ground 'issue of process'. 4.The police is directed to serve the witness summons and produce the witnesses before the Trial Court and the Trial Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is further directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.1146 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
