(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent as 4th respondent in the main appeal.

2. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the proposed respondent has purchased the property from respondents 1 to 3. Since the plaintiff is the appellant, this Court is of the view that the subsequent purchaser is also proper and necessary party as per Order 22 Rule 10 of C.P.C. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
