Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the 2nd Additional District Munsif Court, Salem to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.129 of 2017 in O.S.No.2075 of 2004. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought in the present petition is for a direction to the 2nd Additional District Munsif Court, Salem to dispose of the execution petition in EP.No.129 of 2017 in O.S.Mo.2075 of 2004.

2.On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the petition stands posted for the cross-examination of PW1 even on 10.04.2018 and after that there is no progress. In view of the same it would be appropriate to fix a time limit to dispose of the main petition.

3. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the 2nd Additional District Munsif Court, Salem to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.129 of 2017 in O.S.No.2075 of 2004, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
