ORDER
Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider her application dated 20.09.2018.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted an application dated 20.09.2018 to the respondent, for issuance of new electricity service connection to her house comprised in S.No.136/A1, bearing door No.3/12 at Paruvai Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, but, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent would consider the application of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
