O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that the District Revenue authorities are preventing the petitioner from putting up a fence around his property and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking police protection.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, Mr.S.Suman, Gr.I 591, B-1 Town Police Station, Tiruvallur is present before this Court.

4.In the opinion of this Court, a direction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. cannot be issued to the District Collector and Revenue authorities to desist them from preventing the petitioner from putting up the compound wall. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
