The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.1503 of 2018 dated 27.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner moved petition in Crl.M.P.No.1503 of 2018 seeking bail before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and the learned Magistrate vide order dated 27.03.2018 granted bail in favour of the petitioner on condition that the petitioner will be released on bail on executing a bond with one solvent surety for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) each and the surety shall be father or mother or brother or sister or wife or son or daughter of the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is not able to produce solvent surety as directed by the lower Court and requested this Court to modify the same.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.1503 of 2018 dated 27.03.2018 directing him to produce solvent surety who is father or mother or brother or sister or wife or son or daughter of the petitioner, is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall produce one local surety.
6.Except this modification, the order dated 27.03.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.1503 of 2018 by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, in all other aspects, stands unaltered. 7.This criminal original petition is accordingly disposed of.
