ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner is not involved in any crime and and that the respondent police are calling this petitioner for enquiry on a mistaken identity.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police wanted to enquire one Mr.Krishnamurthy, S/o.Balakrishnan with regard to a pending case, where a non-bailable warrant is pending against the said person.

5.There shall be direction to the respondent Police to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. him in accordance with law.

6.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
