Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 27.09.2018.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is the President of the Democratic Tamilnadu Government Doctors Association (DTNGDA), which was registered on 07.09.2018. He made a representation dated 17.09.2018 to the respondent, to permit his Association to participate in the meetings, with regard to pay parity disputes of Doctors under the Chairmanship of the respondent. Finding no response on the said representation, he submitted another representation dated 27.09.2018, enclosing a copy of the resolution passed by his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Association. Even thereafter the respondent has not called the petitioner's Association to participate in the forthcoming meetings. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no prohibition / bar for the petitioner's Association, to participate in any meeting, to be conducted by the respondent.
5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2018, if he feels so. No costs.
