2. The petitioner has come up with these writ petitions seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 and for consequential relief.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.08.2018, to the first respondent, claiming the same relief as prayed in these writ petitions, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the representation dated 10.08.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the first respondent, on merits.

4. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the fist respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 on the basis of the Circular Letter No. 41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents, more particularly, respondents 4, 11 and 13 as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
