O R D E R

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that Office Order No.36/2019/E-1, dated 03.07.2019, has been passed restoring the petitioner in the post of Assistant General Manager (EM), without prejudice to the contention of the Corporation in the pending writ petition.

2.In response to the statutory notice, the officers arrayed as respondents are present in the Court. 3.In view of the interim order being complied with and the presence of the contemnors, no further orders need be passed in the contempt petition and therefore, the same stands closed.

4.Registry is directed to post the Writ Petition No.19753 of 2018 after eight weeks.
