It is seen form the docket order that from the beginning, on 01.11.2018, the matter was adjourned as there was no representation for the petitioner and the case was posted on 08.11.2018. Thereafter, the matter was 1/3
listed on 27.11.2018, on that day too, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court directed the matter to be listed on 10.01.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or by way of representing counsel. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
