CMP No.3803 of 2020 in CMA No.629 of 2020 M.DHANDAPANI.,J The petition has been filed to receive the driving licence of the driver of the lorry, which was not produced before the Tribunal and to mark the same as exhibit, while considering the appeal.

2. A xerox copy of the driving license has been placed along with the present petition, a copy of which has also been given to the learned counsel for the respondent, who has no objection to receive the same as court document.

3. Accordingly, the driving license of the driver of the lorry is marked as court document, Ex.A-1.
