Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to communication dated 04.10.2018, issued from F.No.R-176/N.T.Ramarao & Co/Case File and quash the same and further direct the respondents to revoke the suspension of their Customs Broker Licence, pending passing of final orders in adjudication under the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulation, 2013 by the 1st respondent. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of Customs Broker Licence. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing the writ petition, the very licence itself was revoked by passing a separate order. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission to agitate the matter by challenging the said order of revocation separately.

2. By granting such liberty, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
