Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2017 furnished to him about the fraudulent registration done by respondents 2 to 4, in respect of the Sale Deed vide Doc.No.6965/2009 dated 08/10/2009 on the file of S.R.O., Thiruvottriyoor, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
