ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to measure his land comprised in Survey No.153/3A and issue him a separate patta based on his representation dated 03.09.2018. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.09.2018 claiming the relief as prayed for in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submits that if everything https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

found fit, on payment of necessary charges the petitioner's land will be measured.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 03.09.2018 made by the petitioner and measure the above said land on payment of necessary charges and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
