This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.05.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent. 3.It is seen that this petitioner has filed a petition in C.M.P.No.3391 of 2018 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the same has been returned by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, on the ground that the dispute is essentially a civil dispute.
