OP No.1185 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by S.Venkataraman, who died intestate on 06.08.2013. The first petitioner is the wife, the second petitioner is the daughter and the petitioners 3 and 4 are the sons of the deceased S.Venkataraman.

2. The fourth petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased S.Venkataraman, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased S.Venkataraman, as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased S.Venkataraman. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 11.04.2019 jv http://www.judis.nic.in
