Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2018.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner raised objections by way of representation, for giving electricity service connection to the third respondent's property, since there is a Civil Suit in O.S.No.174 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinasi, pending between the parties. Finding no response on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2018, while giving service connection to the third respondent's property and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, the third respondent as well as other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
