By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his

representation dated 21.10.2017.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner applied for patta on 02.09.2015. Since there was no response, she approached this Court in WP No.29368 of 2015. The said Writ Petition was disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Attur, to pass orders on the said representation within a period of eight weeks. Consequently, the order dated 31.03.2016 came to be passed by Tahsildar rejecting her request. She filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 29.04.2016. She was directed to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer for an enquiry.

Accordingly, she appeared for enquiry on 28.06.2016. It is alleged that at that time she was sexually harassed by the 4th respondent. Hence she made a representation dated 21.10.2017 to respondents 1 to 3. Thereafter, the third respondent issued summon to the petitioner to appear for an enquiry on 29.12.2017 and 02.02.2018. Though the enquiry was conducted, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
