PRAYER in C.R.P.PD.No.3579 of 2018: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue direction to the Honourable Court Learned Principal District Munsif (City), Tiruppur to expedite the proceedings and pass orders in the civil suit in O.S.No.141/2018 within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

PRAYER in C.R.P.PD.No.3580 of 2018: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue direction to the Honourable Court Learned Principal District Munsif (City), Tiruppur to expedite the proceedings and pass orders in the R.C.O.P.No.3/2018 within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioners is that though the plaint was presented on 27.04.2018 before the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur, the defendant has not filed the written statement till date and therefore he seeks for a direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal of the suit. The "A" Diary extracts also evidences that the defendant has been granted sufficient time to file written statement. Inspite of the same, he has not chosen to file.

3. Hence the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur is called upon to endeavour to dispose of the proceedings in O.S. Nos.140 and 141 of 2018 and R.C.O.P. No.3 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. 27.11.2018 Index:Yes/No Internet: Yes / No Speaking / Non speaking vsi2
