ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition forbearing the respondents in any manner dispossessing him from the possession, enjoyment and occupation of the lands situated at Kadhavani Village, Uthankarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for admission, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that any action proposed to be taken by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department will be done only by following the due process of law.
