This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records relating to Proceedings MC.O3/2018/M.1(Cr.PC.107) Na.Ka.7738/2018/M.1 dated 28.09.2018 and set aside the same. 2.The petitioner is challenging the show cause notice dated 28.09.2018 that has been issued by the Executive Magistrate, calling upon the petitioner to show cause, as to why he should not be directed to execute a bond. 3.In the opinion of this Court, the same cannot be a subject matter of challenge and it is always open to the petitioner to appear with an Advocate of his choice and submit his explanation to the show cause notice.
