Respondent Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the order and decree dated 18.04.2018 made in C.M.A.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Vellore confirming the fair order and decree dated 10.10.2017 made in I.A.No.295 of 2017 in O.S.No.205 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court at Vellore and allow Interim Injunction petition.

ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order and decree dated 18.04.2018 made in C.M.A.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Vellore, confirming the fair order and decree dated 10.10.2017 made in I.A.No.295 of 2017 in O.S.No.205 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court at Vellore, thereby dismissing the petition for interim injunction.
2. The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondent is the defendant. The petitioner filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. Pending suit, the petitioner filed a petition for interim injunction and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner also filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.09 of 2017 and the same was also dismissed, confirming the order passed by the Trial Court. It is under challenge in this petition.
3. While admitting this Civil Revision Petition, this Court ordered
the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that now the Trial is going on and almost both the side witnesses are about to complete.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property, till the disposal of the suit. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
