Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a WERIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, or any other appropriate writ, or order of direction in the nature of a Writ calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.3702/Tho.Ka(2)/2017 dated 10.10.2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.15/A2/2018 dated 16.04.2018 and to Quash the Same and consequently directing the Respondents to continue to pay the incentive increment to the Petitioner for acquiring B.Ed.
, degree with revision scale of pay with reference to recommendations of VIIth pay commission and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances(in WP.No.27915/18) (ii) calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.3702/Tho.Ka (2)/2017 dated 10.10.2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.15/A2/2018 dated 16.04.2018 and to Quash the Same and consequently directing the Respondents to continue to pay the incentive increment to the Petitioner for acquiring B.Ed.

2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.15/A2/2018 dated 16.04.2018 (in WMP.No.32475/18) pending disposal of the above writ petition 27919/18 (iii) to grant an order of Interim Stay staying the operation of the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st Respondent in Letter No.3702/Tho.Ka1(2)/2017 dated 10.10.2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.1369/A1/2018 dated 25.04.2018 (in WMP.No.32477/18 pending disposal of the above writ petition 27920/18 and; (iv) to grant an order of Interim stay staying the operation of the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st Respondent in Letter No.3702/Tho.Ka(2)/2017 dated 10.10.2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.53/A2/2018 dated 16.04.2018 (in WMP.No.
32481/18) pending disposal of the above writ petition 27922/18 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SANKARAN Advocate for the petitioner in each the petitions and of M/S.P.KAVITHA Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents in each the petitions the court made the following order:- Interim order already granted by this court is made absolute.
